Our Mission Statement
Our mission, as a Catholic parish family, is to reach out to our brothers and sisters to share the gospel message of Jesus Christ. We will create a welcoming environment that will respect their needs and embrace them with Christ-like hearts.
Our History
An announcement was made in September, 2007, by Bishop John M. Smith that Church of the Holy Name, Delran, and St. Casimir, Riverside, would merge to become Resurrection Parish. This merger was official with Bishop Smith presiding at the Inaugural Mass of the Parish and Installation of Fr. David Stachurski, OFM Conv. as Pastor, on June 28, 2008.
Parish of the Resurrection is a community of faith in the Roman Catholic tradition. We are a parish of the Diocese of Trenton. Founded on the Gospel of Jesus Christ, we are called to worship God and serve others.
Members of the Parish of the Resurrection follow that call through the community’s spirited Liturgies and devotions and its multi-faceted ministries. Under the grace of God, the Parish of the Resurrection is a community that prays, works and plays together.
