And the angel said to her in reply, "The Holy Spirit will come upon you, and the power of the Most High will overshadow you. Therefore, the child to be born will be called holy, the Son of God. Today, we celebrate the feast of Mary’s immaculate conception in her mother’s womb, which means that she was conceived without Original Sin. She is full of grace. Like Mary, whenever we say yes to God’s will, we bring God’s presence into the world.
Father help me to hold my hearts open to your will like Mary, so that I can bring your Son’s presence to everyone I meet.
